Within 24 hours, you will receive an email including:
• Order confirmation • Photo approval • Payment link |
Step 3

Payment received
Your custom portrait will begin once payment is received. Portraits are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis, within 1-3 days. |
Step 4

Portrait shipment
Once your portrait is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package. 2-7 business days for shipping |
If you ordered a process video, you will also receive a download link
The process video will be available for download for 2 weeks
